KWIKSET 300T-5V1 300 TYLO US5 6AL RCS PRIVACY V1 Corp. is designed to meet the requirements of SP3-4 and Grade 3 ANSI/BHMA standards. This 5-inch backset deadbolt features a convertible cylinder system that allows locks to be changed as frequently as you like without replacing the entire mechanism. Plus, innovative technology from Kwikset offers advanced security with features such as SmartKey re-key technology, security pins and a reinforced stainless steel housing.

The Kwikset Magnum 300T Tylo privacy lever is part of a family of striking, contemporary door hardware designs. This single-lever design features a flat satin finish handle for an aesthetic fit on any style door and a square faceplate that works with both traditional and contemporary trim pieces, while also allowing for optimum space utilization. A rectangular backset and square edge latch complement the handles trim package to present a clean, sleek aesthetic.

The 300T-5V1 Series features a privacy rotating lever, designed to keep the lock body and deadbolt covered when not in use. It also provides added protection against bolt cutters by utilizing a deep 1 3/8" wide bolt. The deadbolt's vertical throw runs in a hardened steel lock body for maximum resistance against drilling, punching or prying.

The Kwikset 300T-5V1 outside satin nickel privacy door hardware kit with Von Duprin #300 lock comes with 1 strike, tubular lock cylinder and matching screws and anchors. The included 300 privacy deadbolt is ideal for traditional entry doors. The hardware kit also contains 2 keys (2nd key for replacement only) and all mounting hardware and instructions to install.
