The Baldwin 8440.001 1/16" Blocking Ring Cylinder Collar is designed to hold a locking collar in place when the cylinder lock is engaged. This 1/16" diameter product is made from Satin Black Zinc with 2 1/2-3" long shackle clearance and open-barrel style. This blocking ring collar provides an anti-sawing design that works the same way as a keystone blank but requires no key inserted in the cylinder.
