The AP PRODUCTS Drip Rail Mill 16 @5 Food Processing Machine was designed to perform as well as the higher costing machines in the market, as a stand alone machine for the food industry and as an accessory mill for larger drum mills in the agricultural and feed processing markets. It combines a powerful yet compact motor with an integral lead screw drive.

This Drip Rail Mill (Unit of Measure: 5) is an air operated dispensing system used for the dispensing of adhesives, sealants, grouts and other materials you need to dispense accurately.

Drip Rail Mill is easily used for smoothing ceilings, walls, cabinets and other woodworking projects. Cuts and rounds 1/4 inch to 2 inches wide. The rail mill actually mills the groove into the wood.

The Drip Rail Mill is a special design hand rail mill that evenly decreases the bottom section of a bottle blow mold to create a drip rail. The operator inserts the Mill into the bottom portion of the mold and then employs pressure to force the cutting wheels over the sides and bottom of the bottle.

The Drip Rail Mill is a semi-dry portable rail mill designed to produce top grade No. 1 and No. 2 rail from 1800 mm (70 inch) lengths of rail without transverse outfeed or transverse unloading. The system uses high duty ball bearings and high gears to ensure the highest level of precision throughout the whole process at low maintenance costs.
