The cartridge uses a spring loaded piston for the pressure orienting valves to prevent any surging under varying water conditions. The aerator nozzle increases the velocity of the water flow which provides greater sanitation. The more streamlined body gives better flow characteristics and less energy consumption. This product has a brass finish to resist corrosion and has a flow rate of 1.6 gallons per minute at 60 psi pressure.

The American Standard 2.0 gpm drain kit is for use with most Moen two handle shower valve assemblies. The kit includes: O-ring, escutcheon, adapter, and assembly hardware. Available finishes are Chrome, Antique Brass, Venetian Bronze, Oil-rubbed Bronze, and Brushed Nickel.
