The Broan Nutone SmartSense Fan is designed to control ducted ventilation fans with a standard 3-prong plug. This fan features an illuminated switch, high and low fan speeds, and a 4 minute off delay for temperature regulation

An ultrasonic sensor measures the temperature in the room and turns the fan on only when it senses a low temperature area. As soon as the area's temperature reaches a level set by just three easy-to-use buttons, the fan turns off once again.
