The Broan RKE58 Non-Ducted Kit is a replacement part for the EW58 Nutone range hood. It contains all of the parts necessary to convert a non-ducted system into a recirculating system.

This EW58 Non-Duct Recirculation Kit fits into 7000 and 8000 Series Broan/NuTone recirculating range hoods. The kit comes standard with one filter, and for use with "RKE" Series venting kits or equivalent.

Designed to provide extra comfort in kitchens with EW58 range hoods by recycling the air back into the kitchen, this non-ducted kit is suitable for re-circulation installation in a single interior wall. The majority of ducted systems require an exterior hood vent, which may not be practical in all cases. So, to provide extra comfort and ease, this non-duct redirection kit includes a built-in damper that provides uninterrupted ventilation capability.

The EW58 Non-Duct Recirculating Kit for EW58 Range Hoods includes components that are needed for evacuation and recirculation installation, in areas where ducted connections are not available. The kit can be attached to a 3" diameter exhaust duct, and allows a range hood of up to 4" to be connected to the exhaust duct. The parts in this kit communicate with one another through an anti-condensate device, vacuum switch, and whisper-quiet fan assembly to create a safe ventilation installation.
