The BURNER HEAD allows you to hang multiple heads over the same burner thereby increasing cooking capabilities, which is always handy for entertaining or when cooking a large amount of food. The Vulcan F11870 BURNER HEAD ( ) is a replacement part for the Vulcan series of grills. This replacement burner head is designed to work with V Grills.

The Vulcan F11870 Burner Head is a part of the Vulcan F11 Series, designed to accept 8,000-12,000 BTU/hr burners (not included) and produce up to 62,000 BTU! This burner head is compatible with gas grills produced by competitors, so your current grill firebox can be reused for this unit.

The Vulcan F11870 Burner Head is designed to fit the Vulcan E310 Burner Head and Cooker. It is easily changeable by depressing the lever on either side of the burner head and sliding it in-place.

The Vulcan F Series Burner Head is constructed of forged brass and designed for the Weber® Spirit® II E-220™ (and Spirit II E-210 with venting kit), Genesis Silver A (and Gold A-2000 with venting kit) gas grills.

Vulcan F11870 Burner Head Vulcan V1200 Burner Kits come with a stainless steel burners and a cast aluminum manifold. The cast aluminum manifold (includes the injector rod and the warranty) will not leak if the intake/outlet ports become plugged with grease or other debris. This is a common failure point on many of the less expensive stainless steel burners available from other manufacturers that fail without warning.

Our F11870 burner head set includes four components: one gas valve, two gas valves, a fuser plate and flame spreader. Designed for use with Vulcan gas ranges, this burner head is engineered to deliver intense heat performance to cook food evenly and thoroughly.
