COMBUSTION BLOCK LEAK TEST FOR GAS & DIESEL

The Hydro Carbon Radiator Leak Cooling System Tester is used for detecting the combustion block leak and locating the ignition source by hydrocarbon leakage. It is applicable to various kinds of gasoline, diesel and LPG internal combustion engines under 0.5L displacement with a minimum air volume of 8-10L per minute.

The UVU560000 is designed to be used in conjunction with the UVU584000 combustion block leak tester. The UVU560000 is the basic model designed for cylinder head testing. Hydrocarbon coolant is pumped through the pressure regulator into the test port where it mixes with combustion gases in the cylinder head to form a coolant/gas mixture. The mixture then passes through an orifice and into the NACA air intake where it is then drawn through a heated plenum by the submersed pump.
