The DICER 1/2 LIN uses a unique combination of innovative features to produce cubes of food quickly and easily. Their new and improved helical cutting blades reduce production time by a significant amount, and the adjustable, interlocking blade system reduces cube size for smaller menu items like fruits or vegetables. Standard features include stainless steel construction, waste disposal recovery system with simple clean-out, onboard storage for ice cub trays and metal trays, and the ability to kit out 16, 24, or 32 different cutting combinations on a single machine.

The DICER 1/2 LIN is designed to cut 1/2" wide, 7/16" deep precut strips of sheet or slice cooked meats into 2" wide pieces. This meat slicer's patented knife carriage system ensures a fixed slicing width against the detent and holddown rollers. The carriage on this NSF approved meat slicer runs on bearings for smooth operation.
