This is a replacement interior left hand latch package trim for the Schlage F59 Flair Door Kits.   This product is one piece of the suite of all surface Flair door kits that you can imagine. The finish will match any of our other finishes, this particular piece is Schlage's aged bronze. This is the handle spindle only, the lock and thumb piece are not included, but it will come with a set screw as needed if not already installed.
