The Green "PASS" Cap™ comes with a clear plastic tip and ears to check the Green Pass Calibration disc. This information is helpful for differentiating between a properly calibrated pump and any pumps or metering devices that have been improperly used, tampered with or installed. In the event that a theft occurs at a gas station, this tool can be used to detect tampering of the fueling metering device. The best evidence of tampering will be to find the outer ring of the Green Pass Calibration™ disc has been disturbed or removed from its seating.
