H Series pressure switches are designed for use in water, oil, and gas lines. These industrial grade switches are resistant to corrosion and impact damage.

The 71282 H Series Adjustable Deadband Pressure Switches are used primarily in reciprocating air compressors and will open at a pressure differential of 2.4 psi between the control and load ports. Designed to withstand 250 psi of proof pressure, these switches are economical, compact, electrical isolation devices with no moving parts to wear out or lubricate. They feature adjustable deadband settings to compensate for temperature changes as well as pressure fluctuations.

The H series deadband pressure switches are the industry standard for piston control applications. The interchangeable mounting and interchangeable port configurations allow for field flexibility. The switches have 0-10 VDC, 4-20 mA, or 0-5 VDC analog outputs so they can be used with most control systems.

The ASCO H series pressure switch can be installed anywhere in the line and will automatically shut down the valve if a loss of pressure occurs. The adjustable deadband permits smooth starting of a pump without nuisance cycling. It is easily calibrated for different applications.
