The Vulcan Heating Element, French Plate - 208V, 2000W (421240-1) is used with the Robotic Welding System. Please note that this is a consumable item and we advise that you order the correct quantity (see below). Items such as these should be inspected by a qualified engineer prior to installation to confirm suitability.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLING HEATING ELEMENT, FRENCH PLATE - 208V, 2000W 421240-1. 1. Mount on wood or rigid steel with 3/8 in studs. 2. All openings to be plugged and insulated. Thermoplastic poly spray insulator must be used on all non-penetrating mounting holes; see Electrical Heating Element Specification E14329.

The French Plate is a heating element used in Vulcan Commercial Ovens. This heating element is made for 208V power applications and has a -60C (-76F) minimum temperature rating. It measures 34.75-inches long x 22.13-inches wide x 21.63-inches high.

The Heating Element is commonly used in restaurant cooking operations and can be used with any Vulcan 2000 or 2700 series French plate. The element measures 5 1/2" in diameter.
