The Honeywell 2310 24-v Non-Spring Return Modulating Valve Actuator is a 25 mm, non spring return, modulating actuator. This actuator will modulate at a 1:1 ratio with other Honeywell Micro Switch valves or other brand PBV series valves. Each valve solenoid is individually vacuum tested and calibrated.

The 2310 is a non-spring return modulating valve actuator for low pressure regulating applications. The actuator has an integral mechanical limit switch with optional electrical overtravel switch, and includes a 10 foot lead wire with modular plug. The valve is supplied pre-charged with oil for reliability in harsh environments. Multiple mounting holes are provided for mounting of the trip unit in various styles of panel controls.

Honeywell's line of modulating actuators are used to control 2-valve air systems in a variety of HVAC applications, from small portable units to large building systems. The 2310 is a non-spring return, dual port actuator. It has no motor; instead, modulating is achieved by varying the ratio of DC voltage applied to the coil port and corona port. This output ranges from 0% modulation up to 100% modulation at approximately 3 +/- 10 psi (20 +/- 75 kPa).

This ACTUATOR will allow operation of any standard normally closed valve. It is a non-spring return type which operates off 24VAC 60Hz and is double pole rated. It is used in conjunction with a motor drive and must be connected to the supply side of the pump that puts out greater than 24VDC.
