These replacement filters fit your Hoover Foldaway Turbopower 3100 HEPA Primary upright vacuum. This filter can also be used with the Hoover Sealed HEPA Filter, part # 38-2305-01. This filter features a washable/reusable pre-filter to help extend the life of the HEPA primary filter.

The Hoover® Replacement 38-2307-04 filter fits the Hoover® Foldaway Turbopower 3100 Hoover® upright vacuum and Hoover® Hard Floor Cleaners. This HEPA Primary Filter captures microscopic particles including dust mite debris, mold spores and pollens. It is used in conjunction with the pre-filter to capture the larger dust, dirt and hair particles before reaching the primary HEPA filter for maximum filtration.
