The Johnson Controls 7167 Two Stage Temperature Control is a two stage temperature control that provides heating and cooling for a wide range of applications. With an adjustable differential it allows the operator to adjust the temperature limits between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The internal stage one limit can be set from 40 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit with ten degree increments. The external stage two limit can be set from 40 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit with five degree increments.
The Johnson Controls 7167 Two Stage Temperature Control 40/90F Adjustable Interstage Cap is an interstage cap for use with a Johnson Controls 7166 Series Thermostat. The cap provides flow control to the gas or liquid entering the next stage of a two-stage system and the ability to adjust downstream temperature setpoint. This is accomplished by providing a means of bypassing fluid around the sensing element, which modifies a portion of the incoming fluid before it is returned to the process.
