Johnson Controls T-4002-3000 Wire Guard Exposed Pipe is an economical, light duty protection for exposed metal pipe and tubing.

Exposed pipe is always a safety issue. However with the JCI WIRE GUARD™, This is not as important as it once was. The T-4002-3000 can be used to extend wires into dead space that would normally cause a trip hazard. The high temperature resistant fiberglass and steel make this unit safe and flexible to install. With water and oil resistant ratings, these units resist chemical and cleaning fluids and come in black and white. These units can be connected with our patented connection system for easy replacement or rearrangement of the layout throughout the facility.

This WIRE GUARD is designed for pipe between 1 .00" to 2 .50" in diameter. It offers a positive locking system to prevent accidental movement of the guards.

For use in applications where a pipe or conduit is to be grounded, the TT4002-3000 Pipe Wire Guard from Johnson Controls Constructors has been developed.

Protect electrical wires, cable and hose lines from damage while keeping them safely out of the way. This unit may be used in either vertical or horizontal applications. The durable thermoplastic elbow-shaped body protects wires right down to the termination point. It may accomodate up to 3/4" medium temperature fluid-filled flexible conduit (for example, for asbestos abatement), which provides protection even in rough locations like factory floors.

Johnson Controls T-4002-3000 offers the same reliability as standard pipe protectors for hot or cold water lines. The system is an ideal solution for temporary or permanent installations alike.
