This 120V, 3HP motor assembly for Vitamix machine is made with the highest quality material. This is a genuine Vitamix spare part that will fit most Series 500, Series 300, and many other Vitamix models.

Vitamix is recalling certain blender motor assemblies with model number 15287 and date code JB. The recalled motor assemblies have a "120V, 3HP" rating on the nameplate. These products were sold as original equipment by consumer durables retailers, and were also used as replacement parts by certified service providers and by Vitamix owners who purchased them separately.

This is the part that drives the Vitamix blender. It connects to the blade base by wires that pass through the drive coupler. This motor ASSY is replacement part only.

Vitamix's new 120V/60Hz 3 HP motor is for North American models only. If you are located outside of the U.S. or Canada, your Vitamix is shipped with a 220V/50Hz motor. Your order includes new gaskets and drip protector, but it does not include the 19mm adaptor.
