The 1122808 UNEPOXY STANDARD BLUE - QUART is a product that you can buy from the paint store. To me, this sounds like it's a paint that I can use on my house. Its color is blue and it's in a quart, and if I were to make the assumption that it's used for painting houses, I would probably want to pair this paint with another shade of blue. This seems more of a professional paint such as you'd use for painting houses instead of beginning level painting (if that makes sense).
