This replacement thermocouple is a compatible replacement for several gas valve models including the Honeywell 2409, 2409A, 2409B, 2409E, and 7800T series. The 30MV thermocouple measures 36 inches in length and is used with natural gas. The wire range at standard conditions (68°F, 20% RH) is zero degrees Fahrenheit to 1,300 degrees Fahrenheit.

This thermocouple has a maximum working temperature of 1050°F, and operates with gas types L, M, or N. It is designed for use in iron pipe joints, manifolds, or mains with pipe sizes not exceeding 1" in diameter.

The HONEYWELL THERMOCOUPLE measures temperature from -48 to 482F (-44 to 250C) and has a 36 inch long protective sheath. The thermocouple is connected to a temperature sensing unit by a wire that transmits the current temperature of the material being measured. These are used in applications which require precise control over both temperature and position of the object being measured.
