This Flame Rod cable lead has a 600 volts RMS, the Flame Rod matches up nicely with our new high current switches to allow for higher safety and lower cost circuits.

The Flame Rod cable is a flame-retardant thermoplastic cable. It has excellent flame retardant properties when exposed to a fire environment and will not melt, drip, or support combustion under normal fire conditions or temperatures. The corrugated flame retardant thermoplastic jacket eliminates the need for insulation, it is used for wire and cable insulation and electric heater cord applications. Includes flame rod cable lead, 1-3/4" I.D., armored thermoplastic sheath, triple rated at 120/240V and 600V RMS, CSA certified.

The Flame Rod Cable Lead Fan Assembly is designed to fit a wide variety of Honeywell and compatible industrial grade portable heaters, as well as the new line of Honeywell HCE Series. Flame Rods are used on a wide variety of heaters including open flame, ceramic, infrared, and hot oil, soldering guns. These fan assemblies are designed for foot mount mounting applications.

The Flame rod cable lead has a triple rated, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacketed lead sheath. It is a 120/240-volt cable that has a 3 conductor, type SJT, rubber covered wire. It can be used for vertical flame rod installations with the combination of methods: torch connection, flame rod installation with base as well as pendant use (suspended). The cable consists of PVC jacket and an anti-oxidation inner coating.

In homes that use gas appliances with open flame or pilot lights, one of the best ways to detect any gas leaks is using a Flame Rod. The Flame Rod cable lead lets you monitor gas appliances in your home for gas leaks by connecting the Flame Rod and Cable Lead to the gas appliance. If gas leaks are detected in your home, turn off the appliance quickly and call for service. You can connect the ceramic tip Flame Rod directly to a CGA-580 connection stem on a natural or LP Gas Appliance.

This heavy duty Flame Rod cable is specifically designed for natural gas powered appliances such as ovens, ranges or water heaters. Flame Rod cable provides added safety to these appliances by limiting the ignition zone to a mere six-inch circle, well away from the appliance itself. It also protects against over-heating of the surrounding flammable material and restricts the gas flow if the flame rod wire has been broken off.
