The RAM 5028449 RAM Totalscan 83/200/455/800 Skimmer is a replacement transducer for the Lowrance, Humminbird, Furuno, and Raymarine units that have a Skimmer transducer or RAM part number 5028449. The total scan does not have individual frequency markers and therefore relies on the low ripple results from the higher frequencies to give a good idea of fish location. If you are fishing deeper water or need better targeting of fish, you should upgrade to the 83/200/455 or 800 series. Please note that this high frequency will still mark quite well for
