ABB\'s 180-200F AUTO Limit Switch is designed to control and prevent further heating if temperatures exceed a pre-selected maximum temperature. This Switch should be used in thermostat equipped unit to provide over temperature protection. It senses the compressor outlet temperature. STATE OF CALIFORNIA EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM MEMBERS: State ERT members are required to wear the appropriate PPE. This includes the use of Safety Glasses (or goggles), Hard Hats and Steel Toe Booties.

It is used with air conditioners, heat pumps and boilers.
