When using this Video Consultation/Commissioning Services, you will have access to online remote consultation or online commissioning services with a SAMSUNG Authorized Partner via Remote Web Site Access (RWA) portal for the entire first year of ownership.

For indoor applications of LED flat panel displays and TV, the Samsung PR-LSNFVAA1 will be used. This optional addition provides the equipment and staff needed to consult with and commission the system for optimum performance and reliability.
