Our red Deluxe Flangeless Wool Pad Model 2000 VA, DF has round holes and goes with the following polishers: 2 HP Porter Cable Model 4920,2 HP model 8620.

The Single Sideband PSA pad is molded from fireproof materials and will not loosen.  The vinyl die cut pads are designed for use with the 8000, 8200 or 9500 series transmitters. The 100% silicone rubber die cut pad's open-backed construction allows 1/8" air vent spacing between the pad and chassis to prevent heat build up and extend life of the replacement pad.  18 hole pattern with 4-5/8 centers.

The 4920/8620 Standard Replacement Pad is intended primarily to replace worn, damaged or heavily used Model 2000 PSA pads. The 4920/8620 Standard Replacement Pad also meets the specifications of Hutchins' Model 500, Model 2000 and Model 2500 or any other machine you may have that requires an 18 hole pneumatic pad.

The Standard Replacement Pad for the 4920 and 8620 is a rubberized abrasive pad designed for use on belt sanders. The 4920/4921/8620 Pads are for use with type 1 or type 2 disc grinding wheels.

The Hutchins Standard Replacement Pad for the 4920/8620 is a replacement pad for the contact polisher from the HUT5011 and HUT5012 kits. It is made from 70 engineered wool in a diamond design for fast and easy pad changes. This pad will not damage the floor finish when used correctly.
