Pain: Darkroot Basin is a 5-man team dungeon found in Dark Souls. It’s notorious for its difficult enemy encounters and punishing boss battles. You can die at virtually every step of the way, often without warning and in multiple ways. In this level, it mostly involves tiny little alligators (AKA spitters).
