The Honeywell Q674B1034 T874A-D Cool-Off-Heat subbase is designed to replace any traditional standard baseboard thermostat. This thermostat is compatible with most solid state, non-communicating, programmable or 1/2 horsepower Tstat brands. Includes 4 inch white dial face and 2 inch adjustable dials.

The T874A-D is a subbase that accepts up to 4 mid-size Thermostats. The Subbase is designed to accept the same cut-out dimensions as the old 673C, and will work with the standard dial Thermostat (674B1034) or Wired Control Thermostat (674B1025).

A HONEYWELL HEAT-OFF-COOL-ON switch, without the "ON" setting, is available on certain models of T874A and T876A thermostats. This feature allows the system to remain "OFF" when cooling or heating cycles are not required, which helps save energy costs.

The Q674B1034 is the thermostat subbase designed for use with the following T874A models:

Easy Installation, Easy Maintenance. This Subbase is fitted with a transducer that reduces the number of wires needed to cable in most 24 VAC thermostats. The reduced number of wires restricts energy loss and allows for a quicker response time from room temperature to cool no load. 22 mm mounting hole pattern with up to 40 mm adjustment holes allow for installation on ¾ inch framing. Two zone capability is perfect for a central heating system or tandem electric furnaces in homes with separate heating and cooling zones. The Cool-Off-Heat Subbase needs to be installed between the Main Thermostat and the first stage heating unit. It automatically switches the first heater from heat to cool. This allows the home to go into comfortable cooling while maintaining low heat at the second automatic heater in case of a power outage.
