THERMOCOUPLE is a unique concept capable of producing high quality espresso. It utilizes a system of precise temperature control to provide the necessary water temperature for extracting espresso coffee. The unique features include a single boiler machine heated from below by a 1500 watt element that allows for heat retention, a flow through water reservoir that has a flow meter mounted into it that turns off the device when it reaches a pre-determined level to prevent overflow, and stainless steel water lines and swivel type nozzles for liquid delivery all contained inside an attractive enclosure.

The SUBURBAN MFG380-161207 THERMOCOUPLE is a plug-in type K-type thermocouple that is designed to directly measure process temperatures in the range of -73 to 1252 F (-100 to 700 C). This thermocouple meets the requirements of UL 746A, CSA C22.2 No.85.3, and CE marking, when tested per IEC 60559-2. The polyamide sheath provides chemical compatibility with most liquids and solutions, while still providing excellent electrical insulation properties.

The Thermocouple is the only digital pocket thermometer with an LCD display of both Fahrenheit and Celsius readings at the touch of a button. The flexible silicone probe allows you to read temperatures inside the thickest foods with no worry of breakage or contamination.

The Thermocouple uses a single one-piece block of non-rewireable, high purity alumina ceramic to provide a long life and a wide operating range. The ceramic has excellent thermal properties and will withstand soldering temperatures. High purity alumina is a good heat conductor and the material will not creep at temperatures up to 1450°F (760°C).
