THERMOSTAT OPERATOR

The Thermostat Operator is perfect for fryers that are used during non-business hours when it is necessary to have temperature reset automatically; and to limit the heat output during non-business hours. It has a convenient 4 hour Cycle Dial with built in timer, and easy push button operation.

A thermostat operator is used with the Frymaster F13722K oil-less countertop fryer to limit heat settings when cooking. There are three heat settings in this operator: 350-degree F (175-degree C), 375-degree F (190-degree C) and 400-degree F (205-degree C), and it has a 2519TCP plug for operation. It even includes an adjustable side vent with two positions and a black knob.

The FRYMASTER F13722K LLC FM Thermostat Operator CECF SER/O is designed for heavy-duty frying operations. The operator handles 3/4 in. to 2-1/2 in. tubular elements and handles 2000 watts. It meets UL, NFPA, CSA certification requirements at 208-240 volts 60 hz. It is CECF rated with a 4X5 in. (102 X 127 mm) thermostat disc and CECF non-venting application rating. The temperature sensitivity of the element is 1 degree per watt maximum at 0-100 degrees

This thermostat operator is specifically designed for use with the Frymaster(R) F-1352-K and F-1352-KP fryers but will also work with any conduction style fryer such as the Blodgett(R).
