The United Aqua Group 008701F Base Ignition Control Kit provides the necessary hardware to control both a base ignition and either one or two base burner(s). The kit includes an ignition control unit and terminals, wire connectors, transformer (40 Amp), faceplate, mounting bracket, wiring diagram and installation instructions. The ignition control system converts low voltage control signals from the remote control into high voltage pulses to ignite the pilot flame. The base ignition control kit includes a metal housing, an igniter, a sensor assembly, an interrupter and related wiring. The metal housing protects all of the ignition components from the elements and provides a weather resistant enclosure for indoor or outdoor installation. The igniter is made of platinum-coated solid wire to ensure long life.
