VERACITY VAD-PP PINPOINT POE IP focusing setup adaptor is for Ethernet address setup and focus of the Internet Protocol camera. Support IEEE 802.3af, which is auto sensing.

The VERACITY VAD-PP is a pinpoint PoE focusing setup adapter, designed to offer an adjustible fine tuning signal for devices with PoE output port, such as 802.11ac Wave 2, Power over Ethernet (IEEE802.3at), and 802.3af solution products.

Allow a small camera or microscope to receive ethernet IP data over distances up to 1000 ft (300 m) using a single strand of Category 5 cable with the Veracity Vad-PP Pinpoint PoE IP Focus Adapter. This singularly focused adapter mounts directly on the network camera's output, replacing the standard lens with an optical assembly that precisely focuses the IP signal onto a receiver located at any distance along a single Cat-5e cable.

This Focusing Setup Adaptor is used to focus a camera equipped with a large format array onto its correct focal plane.

PoE IP cameras are often deployed in areas with high security and reliability requirements, and the VAD-PP adapter helps enable such installations by providing secure control of the camera's focus and zoom functions. Even tools like tweezers can be used to fine-tune the camera settings.
