24V WATER FEEDER FOR STEAM BOILERS

The Hydrolevel Water Feeder 4567 is a 24 Volt DC device for water feed for steam boilers. This product controls the flow of water into the boiler from the water tank. The feed pump runs at all times when the power is connected whether or not the boiler is operating.

This water feeder is for steam boilers. It can install 2 ports on SS, KS-1U, KS-1H, and KS-2. It has a 24V two speed motor.

The Hydrolevel 4567 steam boiler 24-V water feeder replaces part numbers 45-025, 45-016, 45-017 and 45-032. It provides trouble-free operation by delivering water to the steam valves at the proper rate and pressure. The unique drain valve permits rapid draining of the excess condensate in the steam lines without disrupting operation. A pressure tap is included on this unit to provide an economical method of condensate return and automatic drain valve operation.

The Water Feeder 4567H is designed for the control of a steam boiler using high level control technology. This unit allows individual regulation of each feed pump. In addition, the open, short and ground circuit protection of the water pressure supply pipe ensures greater control system safety. A wide range of electrical connection systems makes it possible to use the water feeder as a central or decentral unit.

The simple design makes this feeder easy to install, and the compact size allows it to fit on any feedwater pipe.The low wattage feeder provides safe automatic adjustment for easy wiring and simplified mechanical installation of the temperature control dial.

Our unique design feeds water to the boiler at a slow, controlled rate. It is constructed of heavy-duty galvanized, steel and has a double sidewall. The air shaft and check valve allow the pressure to rise as the feeder is worked. The air release valve cuts off the air supply from the boiler and water feeder. Extra large capacity feeder holds 24 gallons of water. This feature makes for clean operation, easy servicing and a reduced chance of becoming plugged.
