The DY-B50679 50679 Pad Wrench is a double-ended wrench that has a stubby 12pt hex at one end and an open end with 3/4 socket at the other. This wrench is designed for use on Dynabrade Wood Lathes with the WR Combination nut and bolt, or with other makes of wood lathes provided the pitch (distance between each of the screws) is similar. The dynabrade 50679 has a 3/4 inch drive with a 12 point stubby design. It has a case hardened construction to withstand high torque applications.

Combination stubby/offset wrench allows for the use of 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" sockets. Unique pin design provides a positive indexing action to ensure a secure fit on sockets. The 50679 is constructed with a rivetless, heavy duty handle that adds to the durability of the tool. Wrenches are made from forged premium quality alloy steel for added strength and reliability. The wrench is designed to compress the collet closing spring, opening the collet nut and releasing the work pad/driver. The open construction permits easy oiling of the internal components of the wrench. It will never get stuck in a frozen or seized collet.
