The 1/4-20 Mandrel is made of carbon steel and has a standard 1/4 inch UNF thread. It can be used to form and bend metal into specific shapes, such as curves, angles, circles, rectangles, etc. The 1/4-20 Male Thread on one end mates with the 37013 Worm Drive Pin for turning.

The MARS 1/4-20 Mandrel is designed for use in CNC automated machine tools. They are used for holding work pieces during the machining process. The 1/4-20 Mandrels are primarily made of Titanium, however other materials are available upon request

The 1/4-20 Mandrel is designed to allow you to convert any brand of open end wrench into a Ratcheting or Standard Wrench simply by adding the appropriate adapter, also referred to as a socket adapter.
