The CCT1640 is a 1/4" brass barb plug for pneumatic tubing. It's used to seal off a tubing run to prevent loss of gas, as well as isolation of air for testing of instruments. For best performance, it should be used with orange silicone grease lubricant. It comes in a pack of 10.

The CCT1640 is a pneumatic fitting used to connect 1/4" tubing. This fitting is also known as a 1/4" barb plug with a working pressure of 350 PSI @ 100 Degrees F. These pneumatic fitting brass barb plug is used to seal off the end of air fittings in order to make them gas and liquid tight.
