The Schlage 10-025 626 112 Cylindrical Wafer Lock features a sturdy, durable design. It requires a wafer key and has a brass body with zinc alloy U-bolt. With its 1" (2.54 cm) projection, this lock's faceplate is a perfect fit for standard or deep 2 3/8" (60 mm) door preps.

Lip Cylinders are used on Schlage deadbolt locksets where a key is required for exterior doors. The lockset is operated by inserting the Key in the keyway and turning it 90o to the left or right as required by the operator. When the Key is in the LOCK position, a full turn of the Key will lock all devices. When used with Schlage's cylindrical locks and latches, Padlock compatible while in the LOCK Position, but Padlock incompatible while in the UNLOCK position.
