The Baldwin 1051003I is a 2-3/8 in. (60 mm) rocker ball bearing mortise hinge with an integral door stop and two concealed 5/8 in. (16 mm) adjustable keeper pin holes. It features an often requested locking option: adjusting the distance between the jambs at mortised installations by tightening a single screw on each side. Encased in solid brass, this hinge comes in four finishes and can be decorative or plain mount style. It has a lift weight of 50 lbs.
