The Baldwin® 1051055I Square Ball Bearing Mortise Hinge is ideal for use with commercial and residential doors. It is adjustable to compensate for warped or out-of-true doors; finished in a brilliant, long lasting nickel plating; and rated for both impact and temperature stresses.

Baldwin 1051055I bearing mortise hinges have the shank on the right-hand side and are suitable for use on all standard doors and frames when hung from the right. The hinges may be visible or concealed or surface fixed. The series has a full circular bore in knob and butt hinges and a removable pin in tail piece hinges which facilitates hinge insertion into the door. The bearings are retained by seals which should be replaced when re-assembling as failure of the seal will void the guarantee.
