The ICP 1065256 box collector alct l is the newest innovation in high quality, efficient dust collection. Its innovative design allows this machine to take better advantage of airflow as it passes through the bin of most any major vacuum manufacturer. The aluminum bottom edge and fine mesh plastic sides provide maximum dust trapping capabilities with minimal air loss, giving you a more powerful environment for industrial production applications. This lightweight, durable collector is built to last longer and work harder than the competition.

The Quaker/ICP 1065256 Box Collector (ALCT L) has a 6" diameter discharge opening with a drop of 1-1/8" and a Butterfly dam. The drive motor is directly mounted to the crank shaft with only 2 grease points. All other gears are pocketed, fully enclosed in weather tight bearings and brushless for quiet operation and long life. The discharge adjuster is a hand held adjustable unit with a lock nut for quick adjustment without tools and an integral safety guard.

The Lincoln Electric Heil Quaker-ICP 1065256 Box Collector ALC is designed to work with Lincoln® welders. It produces high quality, spot-free welding beads on flat or vertical work positions. It is available in three sizes to accommodate a variety of applications. The collector features an adjustable stainless steel flow control valve and a 0-100% arc force control lever for precise operation and flame control.

The ICP 1065256 Box Collector is specially designed for equipment with carrying capacity of less than 500 lbs. The cast aluminum construction will endure heavy duty, continuous use and is ideal for the handling of cartons or material used in bottling, canning, or other food processing applications such as oat meal, sugar beets, fruit pulps or seeds. This unit was assembled in the U.S.A. by a skilled ICP team member.

The Quaker / ICP® 1065256 Box Collector is a 15" x 11" x 24" aluminum box collector that weighs just over 22 pounds. This collector features .15-inch wrought stainless steel top cover and internal baffle, riveted galvanized steel duct connections, pierced top for easy cleaning and removable bottom grille for fast inspection of the internal elements. The IPN 649978 screen (sold separately) allows debris to cleanly pass through. Box assembly is quick and easy.

The ICP 1065256 is perfect for light collection of boxes, mail carts and more. The power head tilts from side-to-side to make it easy to push and steer and has soft grip handles for comfortable steering. Featuring high density polyethylene (HDPE) on the sides, top and bottom to resist denting and scratching, the box collector offers extra durability while maintaining its light weight.
