The Baldwin 1090 190 I Ball Tip is designed to fit all Baldwin brass 90 degree corner hinges. The ball tip enables easy fitting, adjustment and removal of doors or panels from the cabinet frame.

The Baldwin 1090 190 I Ball Tip is a 2 piece replacement hinge kit that provides greater stability and longevity for your door. This ball tip features two circular threaded holes, each with a square shank to prevent binding and rotating under pressure. The check spring of the ball tip holds the balls inside the assembly, while providing resistance to the door moving away from the jamb.

The Baldwin ball tip screw is used on square corner hinges. The tip goes through the door, then through the hinge while a nut on the back of the tip keeps it in place. When aligning your new hinge, use a tape measure to determine where to align it. Then mark the center of that distance with a pencil for installation.

The ball tips fit directly over the radius hinge of the strike when mounted on a jamb and underneath on the door. It is designed to match the radius of the 2-3/8" round corner door jamb. The dimensions of the product are: Length = 1", Shank = 1/8", Hdw. Thick. = 7/16".
