The Baldwin 1092190I Acorn Tip is a replacement tip for Square Corner Hinges, Universal Round Corner Hinges and Deco Series 90 Degree Hinges. This tip has an inlet size of 1/2 inch.

Remove the old worn-out hinge pin and bottom pin from the 1092 190 I hinge. Using your pliers, squeeze both sides of the male portion (blade) of the new square acorn tip of the 1092 190 I hinge. After squeezing both sides, use one side to push on the other side into a small hole in the side of the 1092 190 I hinge. The female portion (cup) will stick out from the hinge tip to accommodate a compression spring and lock washer.
