The Schlage 12-630 612 Dead Bolt Lock provides traditional key/latchbolt security. Unique barrel-turn cylinder allows visual inspection to verify that cylinder has not been forced open, and a key (or keypart) won't turn when it shouldn't. The Schlage 12-630 612 Dead Bolt (238 Squ) features a 1-3/8" (35mm) square backset, full mortise construction and is keyed differently on both sides.
