Packet Heat Conductive Compound is used to make heat conduction paths and seals. It is packaged in quick melting pellets for faster, easier application and less mess.

Packet Heat Conductive Compound is specially formulated for heat transfer using a thermal interface material between components of a circuit board. This conductive paste compound has an extremely low cure temperature and is designed to improve thermal conduction performance between electronic components in a circuit board assembly and can be used like a standard conductor pad with heat sinks.
