1-1/4" 24V 3-WIRE ZONE VALVE 2-WAY

Right now you can get a White-Rodgers zone valve for manufactured homes—1-1/4" 24 volt. This 3 wire zone valve comes in a variety of models, including 1-way, 2-way and Sanitary models. It is intended to control the flow of water into a hot water recirculating system.

The FLZM-0300 is a ZONE VALVE 3-WIRE, 1 1/4" SECTION, MAX CENTRIC PRESSURE 200 PSIG, MAX DISCHARGE 25 GPM. The valve closes on loss of power and will open upon call for heat or on initiation of stand-alone fan operation using optional 124/24 signal. It features an 18° call for heat angle, JIS Class 150 rating thermostatic control, end of line drain with a 15-foot (4.6-m) drain hose termination cable.

The White-Rodgers 3 wire 1-1/4? zone valve is suitable for small hydronic heating systems with a single branch zone loop. It can be used as a 2-way bypassing valve or in conjunction with a Potter 1-1/4" feeder valve (not included) as an expansion zone. A pressure balanced or equalizing type relief valve is required on the discharge side. As an expansion valve, this product provides metering flow control to maintain an optimum water temperature for overall system comfort.

Controls up to three zones of hydronic baseboard heat with this 2-way zone valve that connects 1-1/4" NPS tubing. The rugged design features a cast iron body that can operate at high temperatures and is resistant to corrosion, while the stainless steel ball valves provide smooth operation and long-lasting function.

3 Wire Zone valves are engineered for commercial hydronic heating systems and are ideal for conventional and hydronic heat pump systems. They have a solid brass body with stainless steel sensing discs to provide many years of worry-free operation and long life. Zone valves are designed to be used with one or two installations of 24V HX-200, HX-300 or GTX Series transmitters.
