This Main Blower Motor is designed for use with Reznor Forced Air Heater/Furnace Model# 137850 and 196240. It should be replaced every 3-4 years for optimum performance.

Often the replacement Main Blower Motor is on backorder, even when the air handler's electric motor is fine. This can be due to two reasons: the building had no service entrance installed for the blower, or because a replacement motor was not purchased when the air handler was installed. If a main blower motor is on order, but not delivered in time to complete the installation of the unit, you may want to consider replacing it anyways.
