This Honeywell 56176 electronic pre-filter is used on models F50 and F3 with 16" x 20" filter frames.

Honeywell's 16x20x3/8 (15-7/8x19-3/4) Washable Carbon Pre-filter fits the following air cleaners: F50, F3. It absorbs and traps dust, lint, pet hair and other particles before they reach the main filter and reduces maintenance costs.

Honeywell's 56176 16x20x3/8 (15-7/8x19-3/4) Carbon Prefilter fits NuTone F50, and F3. It is used in the NuTone F50 and F3 air cleaners. This pre-filter has a MERV 8 efficiency rating and it is washable before initial use to reduce the amount of airborne particles that collect in the actual filter located inside. The carbon is located in a fiberglass frame and it's not intended to be cleaned between every use. Cleaning should occur at least once a week depending on the amount

The Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaner Filter is a washable pre-filter that fits our Round Air Cleaner (Model number F50, F3). The filter traps pollen and dust particles in the air before they are blown into your air cleaner. This carbon pre-filter should be replaced or cleaned every 2 weeks under normal conditions.

The Honeywell F50 & F3 Filters use Washable Carbon Articulate or Glass Electronic Pre Filters (EPFs).
