The Schlage 23-001F626 0-Bite cylinder for D Series knob is a replacement digital lock cylinder by Schlage. It contains a standard keyswitch.

The 23-001 F 626 is a Zinc die cast cylinder for use with Schlage DSeries Knobs to provide key operation for double cylinder deadbolt locks. The 23-001 F 626 features an extended collar and higher pulling force which provides greater corrosion resistance.

A new cylinder for D-Series knob cylinders - 0-bit compatible, designed to be used with the Smart Key Kwikset locks, specifically the 6700 and 6800 series. The cylinder features a 3/4 inch throw, and is compatible with mortise locks constructed after 2011.

This Schlage Cylinder is made for use with Schlage D-Series round knob deadbolts. It's 0-bit keyed cylinder features a nickel plated brass body.

Here's what I found, you may know this or already have it so you probably won't read this. The D series cylinder came out before the F series. The larger mortise version is now discontinued and the 1-bit cylinder has been phased out.
