ADAPTOR TO MOUNT ML6984A TO A V5045
The HONEYWELL ADAPTOR, PART NO. 11903 enables the ML6984A MODEL to be mounted to a V5045 PHILIPS 1016 ILUMINATION UNIT. This ADAPTOR is populated with the MD6984A/D CIRCUIT CARD.
This Adapter Plate is used to mount the ML6984A to V4045A or V5045 Steam Valve Body. The Adapter Plate allows easy replacement of the old Style V2045A with ML6984A.
The V5045 has a pressure transducer with built-in 2-to-3-wire output. The special wiring harness in the transducer/actuator interface unit requires a signal conditioning system with low impedance and high accuracy in its output signal. The ML6984A is an adaptation device designed to provide an interface between the Honeywell setpoint transmitter (V5045, V4044, V4043, V4042 and other older models) and a 3-wire output pressure transducer (ML6984A).
Contains a 2-wire actuator adaptor to adapt V2045A pneumatic solenoid valves for mounting in place of ML6984A pneumatic solenoids. The ML6984A must be equipped with V5045/V5046 face plate and plug.
If you currently own a Honeywell V5045 wall mount control and are looking to replace that control with an ML6984A1006 wireless touchscreen wall mount, you will require this part number here. The actuator adaptor will fit your existing wall box and allow you to use your new touchscreen wall mount in place of your old wall mount.
To mount your new ML6984A5002 (replaces V5045) variable speed controller onto a modern V2045 griller you will need this part. The adaptor replaces the steel mounting bracket at the top of the actuator with one that accommodates the V2045 mounting holes.
The Honeywell 11903 actuator adaptor allows the ML6984A memory actuator unit to be retrofit onto a V2045 vacuum support base.
