The Packing for 1915 is a packing for the 3/8" stem for 2-1/2" & 3" V5013A flang. Customer must specify full packing or cleaning packing.

What is the purpose of packing for 3/8" stem for 2-1/2" & 3" V5013A flang? It is mainly used for packing and sealing flange, which prevents gas leakage in gas measuring equipments. When calculating the size of packing, we should take into account three factors: 1. The valve seat diameter; 2. The stem diameter of valves and valve springs (for a change in valve stems can affect the flange); 3. The thickness of the cylinder head (head thickness affects the length of the packing)

The 1915-11 is a packing for 3/8" stem for 2-1/2" and 3" valve.

The packing for 3/8" stem for 2-1/2" & 3" valve is designed and manufactured to meet OEM specifications. It handles high process fluid pressures as well as lower fluids, such as water and gas.

The Gasket Kit is designed to fit all 3/8"-12 threaded valves used in KOMPRESSOR® polymer distribution manifolds and F-Series distribution parts (V5013A, V5013B, V5023A & V5023B). The kit includes a stem gasket, two valve gaskets, and five disc reducer bushings and is used to eliminate the outgassing problem created by mixing kraft paper-type packing material with polymers.

The Indicator or "Handspring" family of packing is of carbon set with a hard wearing Nylon tip and is typically used for applications requiring rapid, light weight, full stroke packing. The stem's outside diameter is 3/8" which fits the 1-3/4 inch and 2" valves of 2-1/2 and 3 inch lines. It can be used with any THREADED BODY valve.
