This mixer is made up of completely fabricated welded steel, and features cast iron inlet cover, inlet water strainer, washable permanent magnet motor windings, suction strainers, permanent magnetic DC spindle motor with totally enclosed ball bearings and automatic reset thermal overload protection system.

The Tekmar mixing control floating action in collar provides positive control of mixer discharge for transporting mixes to remote points. The floats plug into threaded nipples on the discharge hose and float inside the hose drum. When discharge rates increase, the floats will rise, opening valves and preventing mix from backing up onto the truck deck.

Mixing control floating action inlet allows for installation where a faucet is not required. No plumbing is necessary.

Holding up to 1.5 gallons of liquid, these FLOATING ACTION INCL tanks are made from heavy-duty materials and come equipped with a 1/2 HP motor for semi-automatic operation. They are easy to move around with their swivel casters and have reliable level control switches for accurate mixing results. Plus, the tanks include an inlet guard and safety overflow protection system to keep the liquids contained.

The ProFlo Mixing Control delivers floating action or volume control for mixing applications when used with either ProFlo Supply or Return. It controls the flow of air, water and a variety of low viscosity liquids and can be installed in any position.

When the dispensing lever is pushed, the Mixing Control floats up to 1 gallon of water on special air-filled internal tubes which then mix the water. This action then produces a gentle foam that fills the entire tank for uniform flushing. The Mixing Control also has an additional feature to prevent over-foaming if you should close the inlet valve during operation.
